CANCELLATIONS Please notify me 24 hours in advance to your appointment of any cancellation. Any cancellation after the 24 hours will be required to pay 50% for the appointment they have scheduled in order to book other services in the future. Of course, life happens and you can't control everything. This policy is under the discretion of Haus of Beauty by Kenzie and may be voided. If there is no card on file the 50% will be charged at your next appointment. LATE ARRIVAL If you are later than 15 minutes to your appointment, it will be cancelled. You will have to rebook an appointment and be required to pay 50% of the scheduled service. NO SHOWS No shows will result in a 50% charge of the scheduled service and is required in order to reschedule. No shows for the second time will be charged the 50% and considered for no future appointments with Haus of Beauty by Kenzie.
